Yahoo! Inc. (“Yahoo!”) and Facebook, Inc. (“Facebook”), pursuant to Federal Rule of

and in their entirety all claims and counterclaims of infringement asserted by any party in this

case.
Pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 41(a)(2), Yahoo! and Facebook also hereby

stipulate and move for an order dismissing WITHOUT PREJUDICE and in their entirety all

defenses of patentability, invalidity, and unenforceability.
Each party shall bear its own costs, expenses, and attorneys’ fees, and this case shall be

closed.
