On March 25, 2013, pursuant to the Court’s March 19, 2013 Order (Docket Entry

# 64), counsel for the Parties met and conferred by telephone regarding the completion of

Defendant’s review and production of ESI in response to Plaintiffs’ document requests, the

scheduling of a deposition of Defendant pursuant to FED. R. CIV. P. 30(b)(6), and extension of

the schedule concerning briefing on Plaintiffs’ motion for class certification.
