NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Plaintiff Twitter, Inc. (“Plaintiff”), hereby voluntarily

dismisses Defendants JL4 Web Solutions (“JL4”) and Jayson Yanuaria from the above-captioned

21

action without prejudice pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 41(a)(1)(A)(i). Defendants

22

JL4 and Yanuaria have not yet been served in this action and have not served either an answer or

23

a motion for summary judgment. Plaintiff requests that the Court vacate the hearing scheduled

24

for July 13, 2012 on Plaintiff’s motion for alternative service on Defendants JL4 and Yanuaria.
