Due to the parties’ failure to propose a date for a motion for class certification, the Court

17

had continued the case management conference and directed the parties to submit a revised joint

18

case management statement in which they proposed such a date. The parties failed to file a

19

revised joint case management statement. Accordingly, the Court HEREBY CONTINUES the

20

case management conference to October 26, 2012 at 1:30 p.m. By no later than October 19,

21

2012, the parties shall submit a revised joint case management statement in which they

22

propose a deadline by which Plaintiffs shall file a motion for class certification. The Court

23

admonishes the parties that the failure to comply with this Order shall result in sanctions being

24

issued.
