Pursuant to Civ. LR 3-4(a), a complete list of the parties is contained on the signature page of this document. 1 The Status Conference is currently scheduled for March 28, 2013, at 1:30 p.m. Two 2 motions, the Legal Aid Society’s Motion to Amend (Dkt. No. 81) and the DFEH Motion to 3 Proceed for Group or Class Relief (Dkt. No. 106), are also scheduled to be heard on that date and 4 time. Counsel for the United States is unavailable on March 28, 2013. In addition, in light of 5 available flight itineraries, it would be more convenient for those traveling from the East Coast if 6 the matters could be heard on the morning calendar. Accordingly, the parties hereby jointly 7 move the Court to reschedule the Status Conference and the motion hearing to April 4, 2013, at 8 10:30 a.m. In accordance with Civ. L.R. 7-3, the briefing schedule will not change.
