The United States of America, plaintiff, hereby requests a continuance of the Case Management

Conference, presently scheduled for Monday, August 27, 2012, be continued for approximately 90 days,

or as soon thereafter as the Court can hear this matter. Plaintiff requests this continuance as no person

has filed a claim. Additionally, the Clerk of the Court entered a default as to the in rem defendant on

July 19, 2012 and a Motion for Default Judgment is due to be heard before this Court on September 24,

2012 at 10:00 a.m.
