Plaintiff Paula J. Karas failed to appear at the case management conference held in
18
this Court on September 28, 2012. She also failed to file an amended complaint in response
19
to this Court’s order dismissing the case with leave to amend. See Dkt. 18. That order
20
warned plaintiff that “[f]ailure to do so may result in dismissal of Plaintiff’s case with
21
prejudice.” Accordingly, this case is DISMISSED for failure to prosecute pursuant to
22
Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 41(b).

IT IS SO ORDERED.
