Pursuant to Civil Local Rules 6-1(b), 6-2, and 7-12, Plaintiff STMicroelectronics, Inc.
(“ST”) and Defendant InvenSense, Inc. (“INV”) stipulate to and jointly request that the Court
extend the deadline for their submission of the joint report required by the Court’s Order Granting
Motion to Stay Litigation (Docket No. 81):

WHEREAS, this Court entered an order on February 27, 2013 staying the litigation;
2.
WHEREAS, in its Order, the Court further ordered “the parties to submit a joint

1 status report regarding the status of the reexamination proceedings every 120 days until the stay is
2 lifted);

WHEREAS, the parties agree that an extension of 30 days is mutually amenable
4 and appropriate to permit the parties to prepare the joint report;

WHEREAS, the parties will not be prejudiced and the litigation, which is currently
6 stayed, will be unduly delayed by the requested extension;
7
IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED by the parties, through their respective counsel of record,
8 that the parties’ joint status report should be due no later than July 29, 2013.
