On September 18, 2012, Plaintiff Deborah McQueen filed an Amended Complaint, which

14 includes the original Defendant, American Express Centurion Bank, and added Martin Hoffman,
15 Brian Minh Ngo, and Janet Lorraine Brown as Defendants. American Express Centurion Bank has
16 filed a motion to dismiss, but there is no indication that the other Defendants have been served.
17 Accordingly, the Court ORDERS Plaintiff to file a status report by October 24, 2012, regarding
18 service upon Martin Hoffman, Brian Minh Ngo, and Janet Lorraine Brown.
