A Case Management Conference is currently set for December 6, 2013.

The parties participated in an all-day settlement conference with Magistrate Judge

Elizabeth Laporte on May 31, 2013. Four (4) of the nine (9) plaintiffs were able to reach a settlement.

On November 26, 2013, the partial settlement was approved by the San Francisco Board of

Supervisors. The parties have recently scheduled a settlement conference with Magistrate Judge

Laporte on January 17, 2014.

The parties stipulate to continuing the Case Management Conference to February 7 or
February 14, 2014 and request that the Court enter an order consistent with this stipulation.

The parties also request the Court to vacate the current Case Management Order and

allow the parties to submit a new, proposed case management schedule with their case management

conference statement.
