He complains about events occurring at the California Medical 17 Facility (“CMF”), where he was formerly housed, at CMC. Defendants are located at CMC and 18 CMF. CMC and CMF are located within the venue of the United States District Court for the 19 Eastern District of California. Venue for this case is therefore proper in the Eastern District. 20 See 28 U.S.C. 1391. Accordingly, and in the interests of justice, this case is TRANSFERRED to 21 the United States District Court for the Eastern District of California. See 28 U.S.C. 1404(a), 22 1406(a).
