On July 6, 2012, the Court issued an Order to Show Cause directing Plaintiffs to show

17

cause why the case should not be dismissed for lack of jurisdiction. In that Order, the Court

18

directed Plaintiffs to file a response by no later than September 21, 2012. The Court also

19

advised Plaintiffs that their failure to file e a response to the Order to Show Cause would result

20

in a dismissal of this action. Plaintiffs have failed to file a response to the Order to Show

21

Cause. Accordingly, the Court HEREBY DISMISSES this action with prejudice for lack of

22

jurisdiction. The Court shall issue a separate judgment, and the Clerk shall close the file.
