On October 1, 2012, this Court issued an order to show cause why the Claimants’ claims

18

should not be stricken for either (1) untimeliness in filing their original claims, or (2) failure to

19

respond to the outstanding special interrogatories. Claimants were ordered to file a response in

20

writing with a reply on their motion to dismiss as well as oppositions to the motions to strike

21

their claims by no later than October 12, 2012. Claimants were admonished that failure to

22

respond timely to the order to show cause would result in the granting of the government’s

23

motion to strike the claims.

Having received no response to the order to show cause, the Court GRANTS the
government’s motion to strike the claims.
IT IS SO ORDERED.
