The Court shall dismiss without prejudice the claims of all of the Plaintiffs in this action ^ except the single claim asserted by the first three named Plaintiffs—Dennis F., Carol F., and Grace F.; -- are hereby DISMISSED without prejudice; 6 7 2. Within 60 days of the Court’s dismissal, Plaintiffs shall file eleven separate complaints, each 8 asserting a separate claim for benefits under an ERISA-governed health benefits plan, on 9 behalf of: 10 a) Kim B., on behalf of minor A.B.; 11 b) Alison B., on behalf of minor D.B.; 12 c) William B., on behalf of minor R.B.; 13 d) Lloyd B. and Talya B.; 14 e) Mark L. and Elaine L.; 15 f) R.M. and M.M.; 16 g) Perry P. and Evan P.; 17 h) Richard R., on behalf of minor S.S.R.; 18 i) Dagmar W. and Samantha W.; 19 j) Cheryl N., on behalf of minor T.W.; and 20 k) Rodney K. and Brian K.; 21 3.
