The Parties will file a motion to seal the Full Scope of Evidence To Be Considered By The Court pursuant to Local Rule 79-5, with a supporting declaration;* 5 6 2. Along with the motion to seal, the Parties will submit the agreed–upon evidentiary 7 record for all twelve related cases on a USB drive containing an electronic, rendered-text, searchable 8 record, and the Parties will work with the Court as needed to ensure that the Court can easily access 9 the documents on the USB drive; 10 3. 11 motion to seal; 12 4. 13 The Parties will electronically file a Manual Filing Notification concurrently with their The USB drive will be password-protected, and the password will be provided in a separate communication to Chambers; 14 5. 15 The materials on this USB drive will be organized in folders by claim/case number, for ease of reference by the Court ; 16 6.
