No. 204 12 13 Before the Court are a Joint Administrative Motion and Joint Stipulation, both filed 14 November 14, 2016, by which the parties seek leave to file under seal a USB drive 15 containing material that, according to the parties, comprises the full scope of evidence 16 relevant to the above-titled action. 17 On July 13, 2017, the Court issued an order granting in part and deferring ruling in 18 part on the parties’ joint motion, and, with regard to the materials as to which the Court 19 deferred ruling, directed any party seeking sealing of those materials to file, no later than 20 July 20, 2017, a declaration establishing a basis for sealing. On July 20, 2017, the 21 parties filed a joint notice, wherein the parties “agree[d] that the documents identified in 22 the July 13, 2017 order do not contain confidential information” and, in accordance 23 therewith, publicly filed those documents as Exhibits A-E to their joint notice. (See Joint 24 Notice, filed July 24, 2017, at 3:7-8, Exs. A-E.) 25 Accordingly, to the extent the parties initially sought an order sealing the 26 documents attached as Exhibits A through E to their joint notice, their Joint Administrative 27 Motion to file under seal is hereby DENIED as moot, and, as the non-confidential 28 materials included on the USB drive have been filed in the public record, the USB drive 1 and its contents may remain under seal. 2 3 IT IS SO ORDERED. 4 5 Dated: July 24, 2017 MAXINE M.
