ORDERS Plaintiff to show cause why this case should not be dismissed for failure to

prosecute pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 41(b) by 5:00 p.m. on Friday,

21

November 30, 2012. A hearing on this Order to Show Cause shall be held on Friday,

22

December 7, 2012, at 10:00 a.m. Failure to respond to this Order may result in dismissal of

23

Plaintiff’s case.
