On June 7, 2012, Plaintiff filed its Complaint for Injunctive Relief under the Freedom of Information Act (“Complaint”); 2. On June 13, 2012, the U.S. Attorney’s Office received a copy of Plaintiff’s Complaint by certified mail; 3. Pursuant to 5 U.S.C. § 552(a)(4)(C), Defendant’s response to the Complaint is STIPULATION RE EXTENSION OF TIME TO RESPOND TO COMPLAINT Case No. 12-02953 JCS 1 2 3 presently due to be filed and served on July 13, 2012; 4. The parties have agreed to a thirty-day extension of time for Defendant to respond to the Complaint from July 13, 2012 to August 13, 2012; 4 5. No prior extensions of time have been requested or granted; and 5 6. This change will not alter the date of any event or any deadline already fixed by 6 7 8 Court order.
