Francisco, California, and then and there to show cause why this action should not be dismissed for

Plaintiff’s failure to appear at the case management conference on September 7, 2012, for failure to

comply with the Court’s Order of June 7, 2012, and for failure to prosecute this action. A case
20
management conference is also scheduled for September 21, 2012, at 1:30 p.m.
