Now pending before the Court is Defendants’ Motion to Dismiss, filed June 21 2012.1

(Dkt. No. 5.) Plaintiff has not filed an Opposition or Statement of Nonopposition to the

Motion to Dismiss, as required by Local Rule 7-3(b). Accordingly, the Court hereby
23
ORDERS Plaintiff to SHOW CAUSE as to why this action should not be dismissed for
24
failure to prosecute. Plaintiff should file a response to the ORDER to SHOW CAUSE, along
25
with a response to the Motion to Dismiss, on or before July 20, 2012. If no response is
