Lawsuit unknowingly filed on my behalf

Hello Lynn,

Please forward this message to any other necessary parties that should be informed.  I could locate only
your email contact on the Northern District of CA website.

Apparently a lawsuit has been filed on my behalf that I did not authorize.  It is regarding the Facebook
IPO.  Attorneys contacted me regarding litigation after learning I had bought IPO shares.  I discussed the
potential case with them but never authorized them to file a lawsuit and cut off communications with
them.  Today, through a Google search I find they have filed a lawsuit.  The details are:
6/20/2012Civil (CANO-15-(850)Securities CLASS ACTION)
MATTHEW PILGRAM-V-FACEBOOK INC12-3197EMC
In San Francisco on 6/20/2012
Again, I am not behind this suit but my name is being used.  I do not know what actions must take place
to stop this case, but felt I should alert the courts it has no merit and is not backed by myself.
