The parties, by and through counsel, stipulated to the following:

The Defendants filed a Waiver of Service on August 1, 2012. (Doc #9)

The parties are currently engaged in informal discussions that might lead to

settlement of this case without formal ADR.

Plaintiffs’ Counsel has a conflict with the current Initial Case Management

Conference set for September 28, 2012.

Extend the deadline for Defendants to file a responsive pleading.
