Plaintiff has filed a request for “the present or last known address of

defendants E. Del Rosario, J. Martinez, and Mark Lawler be provided directly to

18

the U.S. Marshal to complete service of the complaint.” Good cause appearing,

19

plaintiff’s request is GRANTED IN PART. Within 15 days from the date of this

20

order, defendants shall provide the U.S. Marshal with the last known addresses

21

for defendants E. Del Rosario, J. Martinez, and Mark Lawler, if any.

22

Plaintiff is reminded that discovery is his responsibility. The court will not

23

conduct any further discovery on his behalf.
