Case No.: 5:12-cv-03373-LHK
ADMINISTRATIVE MOTION TO
REMOVE INCORRECTLY FILED
DOCUMENT
Judge: Hon. Lucy H. Koh
1
MEMORANDUM OF POINTS AND AUTHORITIES
2
Defendant Google Inc. hereby moves to remove a document incorrectly filed in
3
connection with its Motion to Dismiss, filed on September 4, 2012, Docket No. 14. Counsel for
4
Google inadvertently transposed Exhibit A and Exhibit B to the Declaration of Charles Tait
5
Graves, and have subsequently re-filed a corrected declaration with the exhibits in the correct
6
order.
7
Google therefore moves to remove the original Graves Declaration, Docket No. 14, so
8
that the corrected version remains the only copy of the declaration available on ECF and in the
9
Court’s docket.
