Counsel for 4 Google inadvertently transposed Exhibit A and Exhibit B to the Declaration of Charles Tait 5 Graves, and have subsequently re-filed a corrected declaration with the exhibits in the correct 6 order. 7 Google therefore moves to remove the original Graves Declaration, Docket No. 14, so 8 that the corrected version remains the only copy of the declaration available on ECF and in the 9 Court’s docket. 10 Dated: September 4, 2012 11 12 /s/ Charles T.
