On August 3, 2012, the Clerk of the Court requested address of defendant to insure that

proper service is made. To date, Plaintiff has not responded to this request for an address.

17

Accordingly, the Court issues this Order to Show Cause (“OSC”) why the case should not be

18

dismissed for failure to prosecute. Plaintiff is HEREBY ORDERED to respond to this OSC in

19

writing and to provide addresses for the named defendant by no later than October 15, 2012.

20

Plaintiff is admonished that failure to respond to this OSC by October 15, 2012 and to provide

21

the defendant’s address by this date will result in a dismissal of this action without prejudice.

22

The Court FURTHER ORDERS that the case management conference set for October 5, 2012

23

is VACATED and will be rescheduled by the Court at a later date if necessary.
