Pursuant to Northern District of California Local Rule 7-12, plaintiff Gus Kramer and
defendant County of Contra Costa hereby stipulate by and through counsel as follows:

1. On November 2, 2012, the Court continued the hearing date on the County of Contra

Costa’s Motion to Dismiss to December 14, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. The Court had previously

23

scheduled the initial case management conference on December 14, 2012, at 8:30 a.m. The

24

parties, therefore, request that the Court re-schedule the initial case management conference to

25

January 4, 2012, at 8:30 a.m. with the initial case management conference statement due on

26

December 28, 2012.

2. The parties shall hold their Rule 26(f) on or before November 20, 2012.
