On December 14, 2012, the Court issued an Order to show cause why this case should

17

not be dismissed for failure to prosecute. The Court further ordered that Plaintiffs’ response to

18

the Order to Show Cause would be due by January 2, 2013, and that if they failed to file a

19

response to the Order to Show Cause by January 2, 2013, the Court would dismiss this case.

20

To date, Plaintiffs have not filed any response to the show cause Order. Accordingly, this

21

matter is HEREBY DISMISSED for failure to prosecute pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil

22

Procedure 41(b). The Clerk is directed to close the file.
