December 14, 2012, ordered a case management conference statement to be filed by December

7, 2012, and required personal appearances by counsel or in person for a pro se party. Plaintiffs

failed to file a case management statement and did not appear for the case management

20

conference.

Accordingly, Plaintiffs are HEREBY ORDERED TO SHOW CAUSE in writing as to

22

why this case should not be dismissed for failure to prosecute. Plaintiff’s written response to

23

this Order to Show Cause shall be due by January 2, 2013 or this case shall be dismissed for

24

failure to prosecute without further notice.
