See 11/18/13 10 Order, ECF No. 40 at 2. Again as discussed at the last case management conference in December 11 2013, the court also allowed the parties to stipulate about expert disclosure deadlines. See ECF No. 12 For the Northern District of California As discussed at the last case management conference in December 2013, the court set a pre- 8 UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT 7 52. The court raised concerns at the December conference about Plaintiffs’ not designating an 13 EMTALA expert and the court’s determination that the EMTALA record needed to be complete 14 before it could address the summary judgment motion. The parties thereafter addressed the issue in 15 their stipulation at ECF No. 52, which provided for Plaintiffs’ disclosure of any EMTALA expert 16 needed for the summary judgment hearing by January 16, 2014. 17 18 IT IS SO ORDERED.
