Plaintiffs and Defendants (collectively, “Parties”) in the above-captioned cases (collectively, the
“Track 3 cases”) hereby stipulate as follows:
WHEREAS, at a Case Management Conference on April 23, 2014, the Court requested that the
Parties submit a proposed pretrial and trial schedule for the Track 3 cases by May 7, 2014;
WHEREAS, the Parties have conferred and are working toward a proposed schedule, but need a
few extra days to complete that process;

NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED between the Parties, and subject to the

concurrence of the Court, that the deadline for the Parties to submit a proposed pretrial and trial schedule

for the Track 3 cases shall be extended until May 12, 2014.
