STIPULATION
Plaintiff and Counterclaim Defendant HARDLINE DESIGN LLC (“Hardline”)

3 and Defendant and Counterclaim Plaintiff EDGE INTERNATIONAL, LLC (“Edge”)
4 respectfully file this joint stipulation and proposed order.
5

WHEREAS the parties jointly stipulated to and this Court ordered on November

6 5, 2012 a 45-day stay;
7

WHEREAS, the parties jointly stipulated to and this Court ordered on December

8 18, 2012 a second period of a 45-day stay;
9

WHEREAS the parties are currently engaging in good-faith settlement

10 discussions with respect to all claims and cross-claims;
11

WHEREAS the parties believe that a further stay would be appropriate to permit

12 more developed settlement discussions, and if necessary, to permit the filing of an arbitration
13 between the parties in a manner consistent with the first stipulation granted by the Court;
14

WHEREAS the parties anticipate this will be the last temporary stay pending

15 either a negotiated settlement or the filing of an arbitration;
16

THEREFORE Hardline and Edge stipulate to extend the 45-day stay of the case

17 another 45 days (through March 21, 2013) to permit further settlement discussions and/or the
18 filing of an arbitration consistent with the first stipulation granted by the Court.
