No. 17), the Court VACATES the January 10 Case Management Conference and ORDERS as 15 follows: 16 1) Within 30 days from today, Defendant shall provide Plaintiffs with a proposed search protocol 17 for Item 1 of Plaintiffs’ FOIA request. If unable to provide a search protocol, Defendant shall 18 instead provide Plaintiffs with a written explanation as to why it should not be required to 19 process Item 1.
