For good cause shown, it is hereby ORDERED that the defendant’s 12 motion shall be, and it hereby is, GRANTED. The following briefing schedule shall apply for 13 cross-motions for summary judgment regarding part 1 of plaintiffs’ FOIA request: 14 a. Defendant’s opening brief shall be filed no later than September 23, 2013. 15 b. Plaintiffs’ cross-motion and opposition shall be filed no later than October 10, 2013. 16 17 c. Defendant’s reply and opposition shall be filed no later than October 24, 18 2013. If plaintiffs file a cross-motion, defendant may file a reply and 19 opposition not to exceed 25 pages. 20 d. November 7, 2013. 21 22 23 Plaintiffs’ reply, not to exceed 25 pages, shall be filed no later than e. The hearing on this matter shall be held on November 21, 2013.
