Pursuant to the June 24, 2013 Civil Minutes, Dkt. 89, responsive claim construction briefs

are currently due on October 7, 2013 and reply claim construction briefs are currently due on

October 14, 2013 (a federal holiday). On September 23, 2013, pursuant to a stipulation, the Court

4

rescheduled the technical tutorial for November 15, 2013 and the claim construction hearing for

5

November 25 and 26, 2013. Dkt. 123.

Pursuant to Civil Local Rules 6-2(a) and 7-12 and in view of the rescheduled technical

7

tutorial and claim construction hearing, and the October 14, 2013 holiday (Columbus Day), the

8

parties, through their respective counsel of record, hereby stipulate to a request for an order

9

extending the time for responsive claim construction briefs by eight days, from October 7, 2013 up

10

to and including October 15, 2013 and for reply claim construction briefs by eight days, from

11

October 14, 2013 up to and including October 22, 2013. No changes to the scheduled technical

12

tutorial or hearing date are necessary in light of this requested extension.
