Before the Court is the parties’ Stipulation of Dismissal With Prejudice. Plaintiff Danisco US

Inc. (“Danisco”) and Defendants Novozymes A/S and Novozymes North America, Inc. (collectively,

“Novozymes”), having reached a settlement of this dispute, stipulate and agree that the above-
4
captioned case, including all claims, counterclaims, and affirmative defenses, shall be dismissed as to
5
all parties with prejudice pursuant to Rule 41(a)(1)(A)(ii) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure.

Each party will bear its own respective costs and attorneys’ fees associated with this action.

Having considered the papers submitted, the Court hereby DISMISSES WITH PREJUDICE
the above-captioned case, including all claims, counterclaims, and affirmative defenses.
