Plaintiff Danisco US 2 Inc. (“Danisco”) and Defendants Novozymes A/S and Novozymes North America, Inc. (collectively, 3 “Novozymes”), having reached a settlement of this dispute, stipulate and agree that the above- 4 captioned case, including all claims, counterclaims, and affirmative defenses, shall be dismissed as to 5 all parties with prejudice pursuant to Rule 41(a)(1)(A)(ii) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. 6 Each party will bear its own respective costs and attorneys’ fees associated with this action. 7 8 Having considered the papers submitted, the Court hereby DISMISSES WITH PREJUDICE the above-captioned case, including all claims, counterclaims, and affirmative defenses. 9 10 11 IT IS SO ORDERED.
