In his opposition to Defendant’s motion to dismiss for lack of jurisdiction, Plaintiff

16

requests that the Court transfer this action to the United States District Court for the District of

17

Nevada instead of dismissing it. Defendant did not respond to this request in its reply brief.

18

The Court HEREBY ORDERS Defendant to file a brief response of no more than five pages by

19

no later than March 1, 2013 to address whether transfer to Nevada would be warranted and

20

appropriate. The Court FURTHER ORDERS that the hearing on Defendant’s motions to

21

dismiss are CONTINUED to March 22, 2013.
