PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that Plaintiffs, Jon Rosell and Jane Rosell ("Plaintiffs"),
hereby dismiss in its entirety United States District Court Case No. 4:12-CV-04211-SBA against
Defendants WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., a business entity, and Does 1 through 50. The
Defendants being dismissed have neither filed an Answer or Motion for Summary Judgment.
Thus, dismissal pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 41(a)(l) is appropriate. This
dismissal is made without prejudice.
