The parties shall meet and confer and file a stipulation regarding dates. The default 17 18 dates, if there is no agreement, are set forth in the Local Rules. The Claim Construction Hearing 19 date should be set for four (4) weeks after the last brief is filed. 3. A brief updated joint case management conference statement shall be due by March 1, 20 21 2013. 22 4.
