No. 44; WHEREAS, on December 11, 2012, the court ordered the hearing continued until January 11, 2013 and reset the hearing date accordingly, Dkt. No. 46; WHEREAS, the parties have entered into a binding term sheet and anticipate finalizing a settlement agreement and filing a dismissal in the near future; WHEREAS, the parties respectfully request that the hearing on the preliminary injunction scheduled for January 11, 2013 be continued.
