Dkt. No. 15 37. The parties request that the Court remove the Case Management Conference scheduled for 16 May 13, 2014. The parties’ request is GRANTED and the case management conference presently 17 scheduled for May 13, 2014 is VACATED. 18 A further case management conference is set for June 10, 2014. The parties shall advise 19 the Court once they have finalized their settlement agreement and know the timetable for approval 20 by the Board of Supervisors.
