United States District Court Northern District of California 11 12 13 On August 24, 2015, the parties filed a joint discovery letter regarding Thought’s request 14 for documents evidencing unit sales and revenue. Having reviewed the parties’ positions, the 15 Court finds some or all of this dispute may be resolved after the deposition of Nick Hooton, 16 Oracle’s Vice President in Finance and Corporate Financial Planning and Analysis. Accordingly, 17 Thought’s request is DENIED WITHOUT PREJUDICE.
