TO THIS HONORABLE COURT AND ALL PARTIES AND THEIR COUNSEL OF
RECORD HEREIN:
WHEREAS the Parties have agreed to a new date of August 2, 2013, for Defendants to file

its Invalidity Contentions, as set forth in the proposed schedule included in Section VIII of the
5
Joint Case Management Statement, filed July 12, 2013 (Dkt. 37);
6
WHEREAS, as set forth in that proposed schedule, the Parties have agreed to extend other
7
dates related to Patent L.R. 3 and Patent L.R. 4, which dates had been adopted by the Court in this
8
case but which dates have not yet passed;
9
WHEREAS the Parties’ stipulation does not affect the currently scheduled Claim
10
construction tutorial or Claim construction hearing and does not accelerate or extend any other
11
time frames set in the Local Rules or in the Federal Rules;

IT IS STIPULATED by the parties that Defendants’ Invalidity Contentions are due on
August 2, 2013.
