Plaintiffs Alana 20 Kaselitz and Melissa Kaselitz have filed opposition, hiSoft Technology has filed a reply, and 21 plaintiffs, with leave of court, have filed a surreply. 22 Having read and considered the papers filed in support of and in opposition to the 23 motion, the Court deems the matter appropriate for decision on the parties’ respective 24 written submissions and hereby VACATES the hearing scheduled for February 8, 2013. 25 IT IS SO ORDERED. 26 27 28 Dated: February 6, 2013 MAXINE M.
