Pursuant to the parties’ Stipulation to Further Stay Litigation Pending Efforts Towards

21 Informal Resolution, and good cause appearing, IT IS SO ORDERED that:

All litigation proceedings, including but not limited to discovery and law and

23 motion, are stayed for 90 days from the date of this Order to allow for adequate time for defendant
24 Bank of America to process Plaintiffs’ loan modification application and review Plaintiffs for a
25 loan modification.

2.

Defendants shall file and serve a responsive pleading to Plaintiffs’ Complaint

within 15 days of the expiration of the litigation stay.
