Accordingly, 6 all parties have agreed that the case should be conditionally dismissed. Therefore, it is 7 ORDERED that this case is DISMISSED without prejudice. All deadlines and hearings in the 8 case are vacated. Any pending motions are moot. 9 The parties retain the right to reopen this action, upon a showing of good cause, within 30 10 days of this Order if the settlement is not completed.
