(“Plaintiff”), by and through their respective counsel, 25 stipulate to extend the time for Defendant to respond to Plaintiff’s Complaint pursuant to Civil 26 Local Rule 6-1(a) of the Northern District of California, as follows: 27 28 1. On November 26, 2012, Plaintiff filed its Complaint re Failure to Produce Records and Grant Fee Waiver in Violation of the Freedom of Information Act (“Complaint”); STIPULATION RE EXTENSION OF TIME TO RESPOND TO COMPLAINT Case No. C 12-05998 JCS 1 2 3 4 5 6 2. On November 30, 2012, the U.S. Attorney’s Office received a copy of Plaintiff’s Complaint by personal service; 3. Pursuant to Rule 12(2) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, Defendants’ response to the Complaint is presently due to be filed and served on December 31, 2012; 4. The parties have agreed to an extension of time for Defendants to respond to the Complaint from December 31, 2012 to January 7, 2013; 7 5. No prior extensions of time have been requested or granted; and 8 6. This change will not alter the date of any event or any deadline already fixed by 9 10 11 Court order.
