In light of the apparent misunderstanding that occurred during the ADR phone conference, 13 and upon the request of the parties, the Court vacates its Order requiring the parties to mediate. 14 Within 60 days following the filing of an answer, or at such earlier time as required in the future 15 by the Court, the parties shall meet and confer and report to the Court regarding their selection of 16 an alternative dispute resolution method and their preference concerning its timing. 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 25 26 27 28 IT IS SO ORDERED.
