Plaintiffs shall have until June 3, 2013 to file their amended complaint; 21 2. Defendants shall have until July 18, 2013 to file their responsive pleadings; 22 23 24 25 26 3. Plaintiffs shall have until September 3, 2013 to file their opposition to defendants’ motions to dismiss, assuming such motions are filed; and 4.
