Currently, a Case Management Conference is set for July 11, 2013. The parties seek to move

the Case Management Conference to August 1, 2013 because counsel for defendant is currently

scheduled for jury duty during the week of July 8, 2013. Defendant’s counsel currently has a hearing set

for the morning of July 18, 2013, and will be out of the office on July 25, 2013. For the reasons stated

above, the parties respectfully request that the Case Management Conference currently scheduled for
