HARRIS, et al., 9 Defendants. 11 For the Northern District of California United States District Court 10 12 Presently before the Court is a motion by Albert L. Boasberg to withdraw as counsel 13 in this case. In support of the motion, Boasberg filed with the Court a document captioned 14 “substitution of attorneys” signed by Mousa, and a declaration by Boasberg stating that 15 Mousa consents to Boasberg’s withdrawal. Having carefully reviewed the motion and 16 accompanying papers, the Court finds that oral argument is unnecessary and accordingly 17 VACATES the hearing calendared for August 19, 2013, and GRANTS Boasberg’s motion to 18 withdraw as unopposed. 19 20 IT IS SO ORDERED. 21 22 23 Dated: 07/15/2013 24 25 26 27 28 THELTON E.
